It’s okay to serve chilled but not frozen.

To keep:

Once the pack is open, you can keep it sealed in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Things to keep an eye out for

Bloated packs

If your Petchef pack is bloated before you open it, please do not serve it to your pets. It means the food may have gone bad.

Bad smell

If your Petchef pack smells like it has gone bad, do not feed to your pet. Because we only use fresh, natural ingredients and no preservatives, it can go bad just like human food.

Warning

Do not leave Petchef food out in the bowl for more than 2 hours at room temperature. If your dog is not eating, try to keep it back in the fridge until later.
